Also, the shop did the right thing by bringing a battery to my location after the car's battery failed after leaving the shop. The car had been inactive for weeks due to the unavailability of the part. Perhaps in the future the shop can make sure that batteries are charged and able to run after sitting for some time.

I appreciate the work done on the repair. I'm waiting to hear back from the shop about a missing piece in the gear box shift panel. I appreciate Amador showing me the completed work on my vehicle when he raised it off of the ground to point out all of the repairs.

Dave and Jennifer were very communicative and helpful during this entire process. Amador was the primary point person and explained in detail the reasons for not being able to get the part from Honda.
