I had a great experience from the beginning to the end. Jennifer and Dave were awesome! I got my car back before the estimated completion date and my car looked great. I also liked that you could drop off your rental car there and they would take care of the return. Thanks team!

The connectors they put on the bumper you were able to see him just by looking at the bumper and when you would touch the bumper it's all flimsy. They should have hooked the bumper back up the right way instead of just doing it anyway they wanted to. I took the car back to them but they kept coming up with a lot of excuses I didn't want to argue with them, so I just left.

The repair took less time than expected and for that I am extremely grateful for! Everything looks as it should be and it would be difficult to point out where the damages were with how well done the repair was executed.

This is the second time ive brought a car to Fix Auto and again they did not disappoint. They estimated the car to be done in 12 days but they were able to finish it in 5 days. Really happy with the results. It's like I wasn't rear-ended at all.

The car was given back with low tire pressure and the light was turned off when I put the car I. Drive the low pressure gauge lit up! Could have informed us that the part was on order so we did not need a rent a car until the part came in! The cost of the repairs were about$1700 more from other estimates!

Got my car back earlier than expected which is a big plus. Car looks like it did when it was new. The rattle after the accident is gone and everything seems solid and tight.
