The staff at Fix are nothing but top notch. As anyone knows who’s had their car damaged in an auto accident it’s no fun using a rental and being without your daily driver. The repairman found all the damage done to my vehicle and was able to find all parts needed and put my car together in 10 days. All this could not have been done without Lalo’s excellent customer service skills, knowledge and communication. I will definitely use Fix again if the situation arises. I would not recommend Fix Auto - El Cajon to anyone, as my experience was not good at all.

The repair service was very disappointing. It was initially promised that all the parts would be ordered and the car would be delivered on time. Instead, I was faced with significant delays. When I picked up the car, I noticed that parts that did not need to be painted had been painted. The driver's door and the passenger door, which were not damaged at all, had been painted. Also, aftermarket parts had been used instead of the original parts and some of the broken parts had not been replaced. In addition, the headlights were installed aftermarket and the plastic parts on the front bumper were not installed properly. These problems caused wind to enter when the doors were closed and the quality of the work was not at all as expected.

They did a great job on the repairs, washed the car and returned it in a timely manner. They also arranged to have the rental car dropped off to be there when we dropped off our car, and arranged to have it returned to the rental agency when we came to pick up our car. Last but not least, all of the Fix auto Staff were very courteous and friendly. We Have had two repairs done there in the last year and would not hesitate to use them again
