My bumper was previously repaired at another body shop, and the paint match alone was no where near the color of the car. I am impressed with how well Jim and Jacks was able to color match the rest of the car, and that is with the paint being much older than when it was first repaired at another body shop.

Great, when I first show up. I was given a tour of the facility to show the quality of repairs that are made to the vehicles and that gave me peace of mind knowing that my car was in good hands. Monica was very professional every step of the way. We went through the JO to cover how my car was going to be repaired, and my car was finished earlier than expected.

I recently visited this location due to a severe dent and scratch to my wife's Rav4. My experience was very positive from beginning to end. I was greeted by friendly staff, they were very professional during consultation, and offered pricing up front. The vehicle was returned to me faster than expected, professionally detailed and the repair was done perfectly. I carefully inspected the paintwork and it was flawless. I am very satisfied with Gus my consultant and the rest of the team !
