Finish does not feel completely smooth, in fact it feels somewhat rough when you run your hand over the area compared to original untouched surfaces

I've used Fix Auto for years, but I feel like each subsequent visit the quality has fallen. It could also be that they're not used to working on a brand new model.

It took way longer than it should have. They had to redo the molding because it wasn't installed properly. When I picked up the car, there was a lot of trash and random parts they forgot to take out.
