For being a "professional " business, i tried to give them the benefit of the doubt. But moving foward, service is horrible, workmanship is maybe high school equivalent, receptionist "alex" is horrible at either giving messages or understanding customer needs, Lorri on the other hand is very polite and calls are always returned or transferred. Going on 3 days today 9/3 waiting on call back that should have been made before end of business day 72+ hours ago. Can't even remember to replace windshield wiper fluid when a new one was installed. LOST our original Driver one keys, So many things more to list and talk about, but just reminding myself of ALL these things makes me loose my patience. USED to be a great workmanship body shop years ago when my family and I brought our vehicles in, but I will no longer refer this shop to ANY ONE.

Worst of the worst after receiving vehicle. During the work, everything seemed well. Threw away parts asked to hold on to sonincan verify the parts installed were new. Was told they discarded.
