I very much appreciated the excellent job that Raul did in keeping me updated about the progress of the repair. That was very helpful. Additionally, all my interactions with the office were polite, helpful, and extremely friendly. And the quality of the repairs made are quite good. Could not be more satisfied.

My Experience

I am a returning customer. Like before, your staff from the receptionist to everyone who worked on my car to just anyone who I met, were so kind and courteous. They all made sure I was helped and that I was being taken care of even when I was across the street dealing with Hertz and couldn’t get help. The staff helped me get a rental car through Enterprise. Then at pick up, because of work schedule conflict, they made sure I was not in a bind without a car for the weekend. Thank you for everything! I am so glad I came back to Henson Fix Auto to get my car back to shape!
