Communication is key… I feel that keeping updated the customer with developments could be improved … also making sure you call the customer when car is fully ready is critical … in my case the AC was not working when the repair center suggested car is ready for pickup.., they blamed it on their software in turn … car suffered damages ( scratches )while in repair shop - which they took care of ultimately …they did not share pics of the car when the car was dropped off at their location… I had shared my pictures when I received the car showing the scratches … I heard a pushback initially from Alan that damage could have happened anywhere but he did not send me pictures to prove otherwise … over all they did take care of my car … however there is room for improvement and could have been upfront of few things - like the damage at their shop.

10 out of 10. They made light of my very unfortunate situation. I wasn’t expecting much customer service from them because I’ve sadly gotten used to mediocre to bad customer service. But Snehal, Alan and Bobby are such genuine people. They are honest and they took such a great care of me. I was having problems with my rental and they sped up the work on my car just so I wouldn’t have to deal with the car rental place for that long. I hope I never get into another accident again but I know that if I do, I wouldn’t second guess coming here. Thank you so so much guys!
