It was an overall more than satisfactory experience! Very easy-going staff, Super professional, and I was very happy with the end result to all the work that they have done! I would not hesitate to bring my car in here again for any type of service that they can perform. I know that it can be tough to trust body shops and repair facilities but this is one to definitely give a chance if you’re on the fence. As I did the same and I’m very happy that I took the chance on them to take care of my car! Even when I receive my car back I noticed that my a.m. and FM channels have disappeared which in reality was a complete head scratcher for everyone including myself. In all my years of owning cars including with today’s latest technology I have never experienced that nor did the staff but nevertheless they took care of it and got my radio back in working order but it was just such a weird experience because it’s something you don’t really ever hear about but has the true professionals that they are things were put back into order and life is good again! Just like right now I’m listening to my favorite news channel while I drive on the freeway! Special thank you to the entire staff I appreciate you guys

Alan Q from Fix Auto Fremont in 41443 Albrae St, Fremont, CA 94538 has helped me a great ton. He took me in for an appointment the next day. He gave the insurance an email quote the same day. Followed up with USAA the next following few days and were able to get the quote approved within a week. He arranged and book the rental car for me, took me to the rental car place to pick up my car. Then went above and beyond to return the rental car for me. This is one of the best service collision place that I have ever been. I was send to San Jose and had them booked me 2-3 weeks for an estimate appointment, told me that I can bring my car in 1.5 months later for the repair. The other shop has never greeted me and have that cold shoulder feel. Who waits for 3 months to get their car fixed? Alan from Fix Auto Fremont is a polite and professional shop manager. I will bring another car to him should an unfortunate happens. So the whole fix took 5 business days. That's really all. The quality is the quality, theyre great. I'm sure the other shop would be the same too. But its the service that counts. The follow up. Making the customer feel important. Its just great to be service with a company that cares about the customer. In the end, thats really all we want from business. I highly recommend this place!
