Customer service was excellent (I interacted with Alan and Bobby for the most part), and personnel were very helpful and pleasing to talk to. It was a wonderful experience when I got to talk to Snehal Shah on receipt of my car. Loved that I received regular email status updates. At first I was hesitant to have my car repaired by this auto shop but I dont regret it for a minute.
