They did a great job on my Lexus is 350 fsport . Cause I had hit a pothole both of front and back on my driver side poped and bent my rims so they got me new tires and wheels

The dealer removed rear panels to fix a device, replaced them misaligned. There are a few dents in the front hood. I will bring it back to have them fixed. Richard was very helpful.

Took 3 months! Dealer was not prepared to fix the car. The rear panels need adjustment and the front hood is dented. Fresno Fix will take care of the problems.

Fix Auto Fresno Body Work associates assured me that my vehicle would be taken care of, and walked me through the inspection, repair process and cost estimates. Plus, continually kept me posted on the progress of the repairs of my vehicle. My vehicle was completely repaired and I was notified a day early that my vehicle was ready for to be picked up. People in the office were very nice and very informative. That was nice of them, but when it came to repairing my vehicle was not very satisfied at all lots of gaps in the parts they put on my car paint was not matching correctly. I don’t know, but was not very satisfied.

I I appreciate it how they kept me in the loop with the progress. Also they gave me an option of taking it bring it back since they were waiting for a part. The front office specifically Rosie was exceptional. She was friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, flexible, with a touch of sense of humor. All of that with great professionalism.
