Where do I start…. They said it would take half a day for repair. Nothing was done and when I finally called to check status I was told it would be Friday as nothing had been done. Friday it snowed and mechanics couldn’t get to work. Not your fault. Monday nothing. Tuesday nothing. Wednesday nothing. I texted and was told they were washing it. Today I called and was told it was done. I don’t mind waiting a day or so but the lack of follow up on the status is unacceptable. I will let USAA know as well

Came in to their shop to see what was needed for my repair, they stopped what they were doing, addressed my needs and set the appointment right then and there. I went to the other repair shop in Gig Harbor and they said to come back at another time , they were busy, which in itself is good for them but I guess they had enough business for a while they didn’t need any more, or even see what was needed need, hmmm, so I had to see if there was another repair collision place and these guys were even closer and looked at my car right away. Fix Auto and Collision was Johnny on the spot. These folks took care of me the whole way, even provided a rental car pick up and drop off. They got my business. Did the job, kept me informed the whole way and so far, the front end hasn’t fallen off and am completely satisfied with the repair. I would recommend them again. Jim H Gig Harbor
