I received no information for over a week on the status of my car. I only started to get updates because I called. It was supposed to take a week to fix my car and it took over 2 weeks. It’s easy to say you’re sorry when it’s not costing them anything. I had to pay extra for the rental car. Bad customer service!!!

Thank you Fix Auto Hemet! The staff at Fix Auto Hemet were extremely kind and on top of keeping me updated via text. My car looks amazing and almost looks like new. The only thing I noticed was the at my headlights are not aligned.
