Customer service and interface was excellent. The work itself looks perfect. Thanks for going the extra mile and negotiating a new door for me when you could have used a used one. Management is involved in day to day activity, which is positive. The impression is that a job is well done by all.

work that was done was good,but they are really slow about getting the work done.They also called to tell me my car was finished and ready to be picked up, so I went to pick my car up and had to wait over 1 hour because they said they were cleaning it and when I finally received my car back I thought it was clean,but then when I got home I checked the back seats and I had this big black grease stains on my seats, that weren't there before. I was really pissed about that and had to clean it of which took hours and its still not really out, so I don't understand why they took forever to clean it when they never really cleaned it just made a big mess.
