I know I should have removed it, but I had left a gift certificate for a massage I was going to give to my mom as a gift in the compartment pretty obscure from the usual compartments of a car. I totally forgot about it. When I got the car it was gone along with a 10 dollar rewards card to TJ max. The mechanics are thieves! This makes me warn people and my insurance to think twice about having their car worked on at tJim and Jacks.

I dropped the car day 1 and never got a call back as to what they found, how long it will take etc. It was i that had to call and ask. they never called me to give me updates. When I did call the person sounded in a hurry and couldn't be bothered. Made me think they were so busy that I was just another number in a mill.
