Service team was wonderful, however the quality of the work was not to my standards. To be fair I didn’t report this to the team as I needed my car and didn’t have time to wait for them to fix it again. The paint job had bubbles and the dent was fixed but you can see panels and unevenness at certain angles

My advisor was great when dropping off and picking up the car. But I never received a text or call when my car was ready. Then 4 days later, I finally received a call from the shop asking when I was picking up my car and I advised that to date I have not received notification

I had a great experience with Fix Auto Repair. Sophia and Eric were incredibly helpful, kind, and professional throughout the entire process. They did an excellent job repairing the roof of my Tesla, the quality of work was outstanding. Communication was smooth and consistent through email, text, and phone calls, which I really appreciated. Their customer service truly stands out. I’m very impressed and highly recommend them.
