I had an excellent experience with Fix Auto Hi-Line. The team was extremely professional, communicative, and transparent throughout the entire process. They provided a detailed written estimate before starting any work, which gave me a lot of confidence and trust in their service. Their customer service really stood out. they kept me updated, answered all my questions clearly, and made everything feel easy. They even coordinated directly with the rental car company, which saved me a lot of time and hassle. When I got my car back, it was not only perfectly repaired but actually cleaner than when I dropped it off. That level of care really impressed me. Compared to other repair shops I’ve been to, where communication was poor and we were sometimes ignored for weeks, this experience was on a completely different level. I truly appreciate the transparency and professionalism of the entire team. Great job all around.

Second time going to Fix Auto in Anaheim. Sometimes the communication is a bit difficult in the beginning...but I understand that they have to order parts and that might take a while. Once the car is there and being repaired, it's goes smooth.
