Great service! Leslie was constantly communicating with me in regards to the status of my car. Everyone I was in contact with was always friendly and accommodating. Given the current COVID 19 pandemic I would say I got my car back in a short amount of time and it looks and drives great so far! Very satisified!

Leslie was great. She kept me updated a few times a week. Brenna helped to notify me as well. They were always courteous and made sure my questions were answered. I am very pleased with the work done on my car. It honestly looks like new. I highly recommend Fix-Auto Hi-Line.

I worked directly with Leslie for the repairs to my Model 3 Tesla. She was an excellent communicator and kept me informed throughout the process. Additionally, she originally thought it would take 2-3 weeks for the repairs to be complete, but by allowing me to keep the car until all of the parts came in and then scheduling the drop-off at a time when the repair shop had an immediate opening, they were able to do all the repairs in just 8 days! Brenna was my other point of contact and she always greeted me with a smile and was very helpful. A huge thanks to the repair team too as the car looks beautiful.
