my husband say, he feel bouncing, so he checked tire pressure, it was 52(RT)/38(LT) so ~~~ he fixed, but still same so he is not satisfied. He said he never had this bouncing even before the repair.

I had a great experience. The car was repaired 3 days sooner and the 3 agents I spoke with; Alison, Eric and Sofia were extremely helpful and very friendly. I also left all my personal belongings in my car and I loved that I could trust the company. In addition the repairs that left my car like new they also fully cleaned my car leaving it sparkling. Exceptional service.
