This should’ve been a two week job. Instead, it took 36 days. It took so long my insurance company car rental period ran out and I had to rent a car under my own payment for the past six days.

They did a great job repairing the damage on my car. Communication was great via texts until the end of when my car was actually ready. I ended up having to call several times to find out when my car was actually ready to be picked up.

I was told the car was done and ready for pickup. I paid. Went out to car and found parts missing. Armando said he was told it was done. But a part was on back order and won't be in until next week. I don't want to pick up the car until it is done. Frustrating.

This is Stan’s wife responding! I had the accident! We are both very satisfied. Car looks great. We were kept advised throughout the process as to what was going on and expected finish date. They were done 4 or 5 days ahead. Highly recommend them! Really cat looks wonderful!

Dealing with unexpected car repairs is never a fun situation to be in, but I was thoroughly happy with all of the service that I received from each and every person I met while dealing with my car repairs… The first person who greeted me and gave me an estimate to the person at the front desk, to the person who helped me remove my car seats out of my car, to the help I received in getting a rental and in the end, helping me again with my car seat and being so kind and supportive throughout the whole process.. I really appreciate the team and everyone’s Support really made a difference.

Couldn’t be happier with the service. You guys quoted me 1800 ish and when my wife picked it up it was actually 1400 because it didn’t take as long as expected. That’s INTEGRITY and you have earned my Trust! I will recommend you guys to all my friends. My first quote was caliber collision and they didn’t give off the same friendly vibe so I picked you. Plus the car looked amazing. Couldn’t tell it had been damaged. Great work and service!!!
