I was told I would be called when my car was ready. I called 3 weeks after I dropped the car off. It was Wednesday. I was told I was called on Friday. I asked what number they called. It was the wrong number. I had a rental car for 5 unnecessary days. I had to request a the Irvine fix auto to call USAA to resolve the proble. Then your office gave me 4 hours to reschedule my day to pick up. My vehicle before 5 pm or I would have to pay a rental day out of my pocket. No. I was not happy with your service.

The repairs were perfect. You did an excellent job. I was also very impressed with the professional staff. I was treated very well and received numerous correspondence along the way to let me know the progress of the repairs.

The time frame the car was promised back to me was 1 week AHEAD of schedule. The car looks as good as new and the detailing done as I picked it up was the icing on the cake. Amazing job and experience overall. I will now only be using and recommending you all to anyone that needs body work in the future. Could not be more happy with the experience.

Every person in the staff is friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and conscientious. It was such a pleasure to be treated so well by everyone.
