The whole process was quick. The car looks like new and you can't tell it was in a car accident! The best part is they coordinate with the rental car company and you can just drop off the rental car at their facility. They communicated through text the entire time to keep you updated. This is the third time I have used Fix Auto and have been satisfied every time.
