dime sized paint damage near windshield wiper that wasn't there previously. when I picked up the car, there was white goop smeared on the inside of the car that almost looked like glue.

The girl at the front desk had a really bad attitude. She was snotty and condescending. The guy who also sat at the front desk was really nice and very professional. The low score is due to her not him. Had it just been him I was rating, I would have given a 10.
