My overall experience was excellent. Andrew was super efficient and super accommodating to my needs on parts and kept me informed every step of the way. Sean assessed my vehicle thoroughly and made sure I was completely satisfied with the entire process and with the time my car was in the shop for repairs. Amanda and Danielle demonstrated superior customer service and made sure I felt comfortable with everything involved in getting my car back to the way it was. They also offered me refreshments each time I visited the shop which made me feel very welcome and they were sincere and genuine with their eagerness to help me. Overall a great and outstanding experience with fix auto irvine. Living in Yorba Linda I was made sure my drive to irvine each time was worth it.
