Customer service was great, and the work itself on the fender was great. It was the other 2 issues relayed in other comments, particularly the tire pressure, that really gave me pause to question the competence of the shop on anything other than strict body repair work.

Per below comment, the work on the right fender itself was beautiful. BUT the tire pressure was way off on each of the tires (comment below), and also, the GPS had gone blank. No one noticed this before giving me the car back, and they also didn't seem to understand what had happened (although finally figured out that it must have been because the battery was out of the car for a month). I ended up taking out the tomtom chip on my own, plugging it into my computer and rebooting the chip and reinstalling in my car (a couple of hour process). I didn't necessarily mind doing this, but at the very least it would have been nice if someone had told me this in advance, or at least seen that there was a problem. I have a hard time believing that a repair shop wouldn't have realized that this could be an issue - or maybe not, I guess, given how long my car was in the shop.

Customer service was excellent. Kept me informed and made me feel like a valued customer. When it looked like, despite past assurances from Mazda, that the car wouldn't be ready by my weekend road trip, Kevin, the manager, offered to find me a rental vehicle with the bells and whistles I have on my own car. I was really impressed by this offer and grateful that Fix Auto was willing to stand by their assurances of the delivery date, even when it was Mazda's fault. It turned out that the car was ready in time for the road trip anyway, but I really, really appreciated the offer, as well as his friendliness and professionalism.
