When I got home after picking up my car I noticed my door that had been repaired was making a pop sound. I took it back the next day and it was fixed within a few minutes. I was told it was because of the parts that GEICO wants them to use, so little adjustments just need to be made. If that’s the case, then why wasn’t it done that way the first time. Other than that little inconvenience - everything was exceptional.

My car was due to be in the shop for weeks! The only problem was: I told them that my lease was up and I had to have the car back ASAP… Everybody in the shop from the front desk all the way back to the shop (and especially at the paint department with Art Madrigal) made it happen! They kept me up to date with relevant details , pictures, and made me feel extremely informed about my decision to take my car there. I would not recommend anywhere else except for Fix Auto in Irvine… Thank you so much team!

Whoever tried to remove the trunk net did not know you can simply unhook the net loop. Instead they tore off the hook holder and now it won’t go in the socket.
