The vehicle was fully repaired. The only minor concern is the panel is not fully flush with the adjacent panel like the undamaged side but it's very minor.

Jacky went above and beyond in every possible way. As a working mom with two young kids, car trouble is overwhelming, but she took all the stress out of the equation. My kids were having one of those days and instead of making me feel rushed or embarrassed, she comforted them and made us feel genuinely welcome. She personally handled everything — including calling and coordinating my rental car with Enterprise Rent-A-Car — and made the whole process completely seamless. Very friendly and helpful. Repair took a bit longer than I expected but I trust that it was because of the extra care taken during the repair. Stuff like paint blending for scratches that wouldn't buff out, keeping me up to date on the progress, and my car was given back washed, vacuumed, and wiped down.
