Very friendly and helpful. Repair took a bit longer than I expected but I trust that it was because of the extra care taken during the repair. Stuff like paint blending for scratches that wouldn't buff out, keeping me up to date on the progress, and my car was given back washed, vacuumed, and wiped down.
