The first time I spoke with Sandy, I immediately felt comfortable and that I could trust her. She's very trustworthy, communicative, friendly, kind, customer-service oriented, and reliable. Everything was explained to me in detail. My car was ready for pick-up, earlier than I expected, which was fantastic. When I picked up my car, it looked great. The damage was fixed and I was so pleased with the outcome. They even wiped down the inside of my car, which was so very nice of the them!
