Brian and his team at Fix it Auto in Koreatown are great. I have trusted them with 4 different cars over 5 different times. I drive out of my way to their shop because I trust them. Hopefully, I won’t have any more fender benders (1/2 not my fault btw), but I k know I’ll come back if there is one.

Only an 8 based on my experience... if I were to recommend someone, I’d tell them to make sure any plaster or material used is thoroughly cleaned from both the exterior and interior of the vehicle.

I just wanted to share a quick note... I’ve really appreciated the great customer service and know that, if I decide to move forward, everything will be taken care of properly. That said, I did notice there’s plaster on both the interior and exterior of my car, especially around the VW logo on the rear, and I’m not sure how that happened. There’s also a small area where the paint looks scratched near the window from when the door was reinstalled. All I’d say is that a little more attention to detail would go a long way. I love you guys and would absolutely recommend you. I’m just particular about keeping my car’s exterior clean and know my vehicle really well, so I notice those things right away. Thanks again for all your help and great service!

Fix AUTO Koreatown LA provided amazing service and made my parents feel comfortable. I needed to find a place with someone who speaks both English (for me) and Korean (for my parents) and Fix AUTO Koreatown LA was the perfect place. I was able to speak to Brian with ease in English to handle the logistics and my parents were able to take their car in and ask any questions they had in Korean. Fix AUTO Koreatown LA finished the repairs in a timely manner. They also handled a complex insurance situation (two separate accidents) without any problems. I was very pleased with how everything turned out.
