This repair shop did not do a satisfactory job of repairing my car. While they took almost 7 days to repair my car, there is still a gap between back bumper and lower cover which they replaced to fix the car. So we request to correct the disrepair area which Fix Auto LA agrees to fix again without the charge. However, they never follow back on the status until we called them back a week after, and told me that they couldn't able to obtain a replacement part until the end of January of next year. Very poor after service.

Estimated time of repairs were doubled. communication of progress was given until after I contact several times about updates. When I picked up vehicle cashier tried to get a deductible from me. Not knowing it was covered by insurance due to driver had no insurance or license that hit me. But as for as repairs I’d give a 100/100
