Well to start off the vehicle was impecable, the repair was top notch. The paint made it seem like brand new. I would definitely trust them with my vehicle if I ever got into a wreck, ( god forbid.)

Although my car was fixed from its damage, I was unaware that my car battery needed to be changed out. No one mentioned that my cars battery kept dying after turning it on and immediately turning it off. Then my blinker, where I was hit, was not working anymore. Similar to my battery, the blinker was fully functioning before I dropped it off. I know it was the mechanics doing because it was the headlight on the side I was hit. For the battery, I can understand why they would make me cover those expenses, even though the car was running perfectly fine prior, I did not appreciate the request of having to cover for the headlight. When that was a clear mistake from the mechanic. There was a lack of communication from the shop, truly hope there is improvement on how to manage these situations moving forward.
