I was pleasantly surprised that Julie reached out to me first, shortly after State Farm had provided Fix Auto Lake Forest as an option. Julie was really helpful in getting me scheduled and proving updates on the repair. Gil did a thorough review of my damaged vehicle and walked me through the process and the preliminary damages. He also let me know once the vehicle was pulled apart they would check to confirm if there was any internal damage not visible to the eye. I had a very clear understanding of the process and timing. While I never met the actually techs doing the work, I’m very pleased with the results.
