Pushed off the completion date 3 days in a row. Called me after the first day and said it would be ready the next day. Never heard anything the next day at all. Day after that they called me at 5pm and said the car was ready. I told them I had to go out of town and wouldn’t be back to Saturday which they are not open. They closed out the transaction with Geico saying the car was done and I already picked it up which in return is costing me money since I still have the rental car and Geico thinks it should already be turned it. If they would have just got done with the car when they said they would have then all of this could have been avoided. Will make sure to leave 1 star review on google and yelp as well.

I was impressed from the start. The professional behavior of the front office, quick to answer any question, the thorough explanation of the process they were going to follow. Paint job was actually spot on for it being a METTALLIC paint .10/10 paint job , was delayed 2 days for ordering wrong parts but super satisfied with the work they did. Definitely will come back if I ever need collision or paint work .

I am having trouble with the car now. It is electrical. The car will not charge for over 10 minutes. I am NOT blaming this on the car repair as the body work appears good. Since this charging issue began right after the collision, I have contacted my insurance company and let them know that I’ll need to take the car to the Chevy Dealership as they work on electrical issues. Have you ever heard of a collision like mine causing an electrical issue, specifically the charging of the car? Thanks.
