Edgar and Darlene provided me with the best possible customer service. I was walked through the entire process. Upon drop-off, Darlene had already called the rental car company. The process was easy and efficient. They were as professional as I would hope other businesses I frequented to be. They even had my car fixed 3 days before the initial due date. I picked my car up after work, and they kindly waited for me after hours to get there and finish the paperwork. I arrived to pick up at 5:10, and finished everything by 5:20 or so. Great establishment! Wonderful employees!
