Everyone that worked with us was super helpful, super accommodating, and super understanding. I was kept updated through the text messages and phone calls on the progress of my car and it was completely a week earlier than what I was initially told which is super appreciated. The customer service is top notch.

Absolutely great experience. Customer service was great and the communication on the status of my car was much much appreciated. Marvin was the person who helped me out and he was super communicative, informative, kind, and helpful with the whole process given this was the first time I ever needed to take my car in for repairs. He was super accommodating as I have a 5 month old and that made the experience that much better. Also super appreciative and grateful that my car was ready to go a whole week earlier than initially told so this was a huge bonus. Thank you for everything!
