From the drop off to the pick up I am extremely satisfied with the customer service provided by all staff. The quality of service the work is the best I’ve had. Getting into a car accident is already nerve wrecking however, Fix auto collision has helped make this experience a great one. I’ve used them twice in a 3 month span and recommend them to anyone needed their services.

I honestly couldn’t be more satisfied. We had 2 of our cars there for separate issues, Darlene and Edgar kept us updated along the entire process. They were professional and extremely kind. I am so happy with the work they did and would never take our vehicles to any other body shop.

All staff that I met were extremely friendly and helpful. The turn-in and pick-up processes were fast and easy. Progress updates via text messages were appreciated. The interface with Enterprise for my rental car was welcome as well. I would recommend this shop if you need body repairs for your vehicle.

David was so great at communicating and explaining the damage on my car and how they will fix it. He told me a date and said there was always a chance it would get done sooner. He called me personally when it was finished. He also told me that he noticed my airbag light was on, but I didn’t know for sure if it was the result of the accident I was in, so I told him he didn’t have to worry about it since the insurance company wasn’t going to pay for the repair. David was concerned about safety on the road, so he fixed the airbag light issue and charged me nothing, which is so kind of him. I noticed when I was almost home, the alignment on my steering wheel was off, probably from the airbag repair. I live too far away to bring it back for them to fix it, and it’s not that big of a problem that I need to have it looked at anyway. The whole process of them taking in the car and fixing it was great. I had paint from my wedding day that was stuck on and they removed it and shined up the coat. They also bent my license plate back into shape! This shop truly has gone above and beyond for me, helping with my rental, communicating, and customer service. Darlene at the front desk was so fun to talk to and she made me feel very comfortable. I love talking to people about things other than their work, like how our Thanksgiving days were or gossip about the crazy woman who hit my car. Maybe if I go back to Lancaster sometime soon I’ll call David and see if they can squeeze me in to look at my steering wheel. But I’ll definitely go back to this shop if I’m in any other accident, because these guys are fast, professional, personable, amiable, comfortable, and I’ve been very impressed with how they see their customers as human beings and treat them with honesty and respect. Awesome shop!
