My son and I appreciated the warm welcome we received from Darlene. She is excellent! Edgar was also very helpful and informative regarding the damage to the car. All of the personnel there kept me informed of the status and the work was completed well before it was estimated to be done. Initially, I explained my son is a college student whose car had been rear-ended by an uninsured driver who left the scene of the accident. Terrible situation but my son and his friend were both physically unharmed for the most part. To say this situation was stressful is an understatement. However, the repair part and experience at FIX AUTO was not stressful at all. As explained earlier, the staff there were understanding and helpful. I felt confident leaving the car there and I knew that all would be taken care of. Thank you!
