The front desk was nice but felt like there was a lack in customer service skills, like greeting your customers, telling them to have a nice day when they leave, those kind of things. The estimator I worked with was really nice and friendly, great customer service!

I was very pleased with the service I received. From the moment I brought in my car for repairs, the team was professional and efficient. They even arranged for a rental car to pick me up, which made the whole process so convenient. When my car was ready after just three days, they let me know it had been fully restored to its original condition ā itās as if nothing ever happened! I simply left my rental car with them, and they took care of everything for me. Reuben was very nice.

My car was picked up on 9/22/2025 from my home by Fix It Auto. I spoke to Darlene throughout this process. Darlene was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. She made me feel comfortable knowing my car was in good hands. Sent me text messages in each process they did. Reuben was my tech he explained the whole process of fixing my car. Upon getting my car towed into the body shop I called and spoke to Darlene and Ruben. The professionalism and respect that they gave me was impeccable. They walked me through the process and gave me an alternative way to pay my deductible through a company for auto repairs. I will definitely use your shop and refer others in time of need.
