He kept me updated on my car with constant calls—sorry I missed them, I was in class—but I truly appreciate it. Kudos to ALEX! Also, the receptionist (I can’t recall her name) deserves recognition as well. She has such great customer service and makes sure to welcome every single person who walks into the office.
