Since I had no way to get home, Fix Auto Lemon Grove customer service people offered to have someone from their worksite drive me home after leaving my vehicle, then pick me up when the vehicle was ready. That service was not needed, but I appreciated the offer.

The repairs were excellent; thank you. My only issue is timing: I was given an appointment to drop off my car on a Friday afternoon, which I did. However, when I arrived, I was told that my car wouldn’t even be looked at until Monday as the shop is closed on Saturdays and Sundays. I was without a car for an additional two days because of the lack of communication. I was offered the option of returning with the car on Monday, but given that I had made arrangements for being picked up by a friend to return home, that was no longer an option. I didn’t have a rental car and it would have been great to not leave my car at the shop for the weekend where nothing was being done on it.
