Took longer than it should have. This created a hardship for my daughter. Im sure it was convenient for the shop to work on it as they had time, but they should think of the customer not having a vehicle for that long of a period. I've had body work done elsewhere, and they tell you when they have time and once you take it, they work on it right away. Getting it back to you in a reasonable amount of time.

Repair seemed to be done properly. only two things is that a used door was used in the repair rather than a new one and the repair time took 3 weeks, which i think was 1 1/2 weeks too long. We could have been driving it until you were ready for it to start and finish the work more timely. Otherwise good.
