From the very beginning very courteous over the phone, setting up the first appointment for the inspection of the Ford Escape. They kept in touch with me pretty regular about how the car was going ran into some glitches with Ford on some parts. They let me know that it was gonna be longer in the shop than what we expected, which is fine no problem on our end with that. I was very pleased in the mannerism. That they handled the very very professionally. When I receive the car back from being worked on, it was amazing. They detailed it and went above and beyond the call of duty. I will use Fix Auto again and let my friends know. We have a new autobody shop in town that is 100% for the customer.
