I really appreciated how every time I called Fix Auto with questions I was able to speak to an attendant who made every effort to answer them. Every person I spoke with was polite, understanding and helpful which I appreciated! As I was out of state, it would have been nice if there was a bit more communication regarding which exact day my car would be complete. However, I understand that this can be difficult to predict and therefore that may not have been possible.
