The Geico rep. said John would talk to me and explain what needed to be done. Signed papers and the receptionist looked at the car and I gave her my FOB. After I talked with Nick the Geico rep. about that not happening, then I started getting text updates from John.

Great experience! They even offered to give me a loaner because it might take a day or two longer. I didn’t need it but that was a nice gesture! And they cleaned my car interior and exterior thoroughly! Highly recommended!
