Pulled into the parking lot and they were outside to start the process, the results were great, car was cleaned and sanitized which I really appreciate. Checking in and out was great, no waiting. I got updates every time my car was moving on to the next step. Overall the experience was great.

I'm glad you provide the opportunity for my comments. My experience with fix auto from my initial phone call for information all the way through to picking up my "back to like new condition" F150 was with out exception "Five Stars" (out of 5). That just describes your customer service / professionalism. The quality of workmanship is also "Five Stars". I can not tell any damage at all had occurred....perfect body work/paint.....my F150 looks as good as the day it was new! AMAZING...Very satisfied customer. Plus....ENTIRE vehicle, inside and outside was fully detailed......thank you.
