The repairs were done quickly and correctly. The check in process was a problem in that I called the day before and made an appointment but when I got there they had no idea who I was or why I was there. I had many issues with your rental car partner.

They did a good job with the repair, but did not check the tire as I asked. It runs about 5 psi less than the other tires. It was the same before the accident
