I had taken my Audi A6 in to the Maple Grove location for repair of hail damage. Steven King was my contact, and he did a great job. Everything was handled smoothly - scheduling the work, coordination with the insurance company, provision of a loaner (rental) car, and good communication on status. The repair was handled well, and it was a nice bonus to have the car returned so clean. It is a 2013 vehicle, but it felt as good as new. Thanks!
