Fix auto was great! They were honest with me when I was contemplating going through insurance or not when I was rear ended in a parking lot with no info given and I wasn’t around, they had a quick turn around time, did a great job, and even detailed my car! Would go back if necessary again and would highly recommend!

I have very mixed feelings based on my 3 issues of recommending the company to a friend, so much so I reached out to my insurance agent to discuss some of the issues I had.

Because this is lumped into 1 review the score is such. The ladies where i dropped my truck off in maple grove were fantastic, by themselves this would be a 10. The team at the Brooklyn Park location dropped the score. I know i could opt out of the text messages and I get others want to be informed, I truly just needed to know when my truck was ready for pick up or if there were any issues. We did have issues and that's one of the reasons for the low score. I was sent a text asking if I knew about the the check engine and TPMS sensor, I replied with in minutes that yes I knew about the TPMS sensor but no idea about the check engine light, when I asked to know which codes it was displaying i was told "I'll get back to you" that reply came 18hrs later the following day, that information should have been ready and prepared once they sent me that text as my question was a expected reply to them. Nothing builds confidence in your repair team like not being able to respond to a question in a timely manner. Second reason for the lower score, I was never told I needed to make an appointment to pick my truck up from Brooklyn Park, I did try and call both the business number and the number from the texts I was getting about when I could pick my truck up, no answer any time I called, when I showed up during business hours the doors were locked, waited several minutes(less then 15) someone showed up apologized about that and let me in, if you have customers picking cars up, either have a scheduling system or have the doors unlocked. That really bothers me. Lastly, years ago I worked for a company that pushed for reviews and pushed the tactics of "if i don't score a 10, I don't get a raise" look, I get the need for high reviews, no person or company is perfect, don't tie a raise/bonus to getting high scores. It may be a part of your yearly review process but it's not the only thing, had it been left at, "it helps me at the end of year" I would have scored this a overall 8-9 because I was impressed with the maple grove and some aspects of the BP location, all of the above reasons are why it's not a better score.
