It started out positive with getting a text notification that I’d be updated via text. After having my truck for over 48 hours with not a word, I took the initiative to make contact via text (noon). I got a response 19 hours later, stating that they are “revising the insurance company estimate”. Never getting specific with why. I really didn’t get any detailed answers until I called and made contact with a human being, stating I was at the point of being “pissed” did I get any kind of real answers. Never once was I really offered an estimate on the work being completed until you folks had my vehicle for for a week. 🤔
