The car looks like before. Everything was very smooth and transparent. An incident happened while they were working in my car and they took total responsibility for it, Sarah was very open and direct about the situation. Both Sarah and Jessica were really nice to work with since the beginning

The body work seems good, but I use my trailers a LOT and having to deal with no power for my lights, especially having to lay under the vehicle with the sub-zero temperatures, really made the overall experience frustrating.

The professionalism, knowledge and friendly demeanor of both Jessica and Sarah made the overall experience very pleasant. The body shop staff also went above and beyond the required repair work which certainly showcases their dedication, pride in what they do, and their skill set.
